Love the project but hate the manager....what do I do?

Very Past: Me and my DH worked in same company for 2 yrs, apparently against the rules, he happened to be my manager..well had mixed opinion on DH being my manager ;)

Past: I have been work from home, contractor, over a period of time.

Now: Have got a part time project of 5 months(more) and its kinds related to mechanical eng. so not many females as such. But my manager happens to be a female. Wow...she is such unpredictable lady....she is nice and lovey and suddenly after a break she comes back irritated and shows it on me. She dosnt shout or anything but gives irritating answers for any of my queries. She is fine with other males. Aaahg...its driving me crazy!...you have no clue when she flips her mode!

I am loving what i do and making progress in the project, every one else is fine. But this lady is just not getting it. I feel its only 5 months with her now so I shoud give it right back on to her face...like " Sorry, but dont expect you to be so irritated for this"...

What to do....must I suck it up?..(jus becoz she is my manager) or give it back, as its only few months left. Looks like I am not along with my first non-DH manager...
