Will spine anesthesia cause headache and back pain??

You should avoid standing or sitting. Keep your head tilted while sleeping. I mean the bed should be tilted down (reverse)..not as if in standing position. If you can't tilt your bed as in the hospitals, you should remove the pillow at least while sleeping.

And lot of liquids to flush the anesthesia . Surprised that your Doctor didn't administer fluids via IVF to flush out the anesthesia. Usually if it is persists for more than 3 days they flush it using fluids via IVF.
