Info needed for Newark Airport - New Jersey

Hello Ladies.. does any of you know, if there is a luggage checking counter for United Airlines at Terminal B?

My parents are arriving at Terminal B from an International flight , but their connecting domestic flight is from Terminal C (via United Airlines).

They will have to take their luggage from terminal B and check back in again with United Airlines. So wanted to know, if there is a luggage check in counter for United at terminal B or will they have to travel to Terminal C with all the luggage and check in at Terminal C.

Also, do you know of any service on Airport, that would assist them from Terminal B to Terminal C?
