I need some motivation to get up early mainly to cook healthy food for my family and if time permits to exercise. BTW, I work full time and have a 5.5 month old and he is such a sweet heart. He does sleep well and lets us have a good night sleep. But still I only get up only at 7:30 AM (BTW I go to bed at 11PM), prepare some quick lunch (with rice for DH, oats for me) and a quick breakfast (with bread like sandwich etc). This is not so healthy (esp for DH); hence I need to get up early and cook healthy food. Also I have to exercise and lose weight.
As I need some inspiration, could you ladies answer my below questions:
1. At what time do you wake up in the morning and why?
2. Do you cook fresh in the morning most days?
3. Do you exercise everyday? How long and when?
4. What motivates you to get up early (esp when the weather is cold) ?
