Her cousin-in-law staying with them

A couple in their twenties, married couple of years, living in USA, in a two-bedroom one bath apartment. She stays home, is studying for some exams. His distant cousin, "C", bachelor in late 30's,who is a US citizen but lived in India for past few years is trying to move back to USA.

C got an offer from a start-up, came to USA, is staying with the couple in their apartment. Plan was he will stay with them for 2-3 weeks. The start-up company meanwhile closed down. C is now looking for job but holiday season means slow hiring.

Situation now is that C is home most days job-hunting. The woman finds it awkward to be in the apartment during the day till husband returns home at 7 pm.

Should C move out? They can't really ask him to move out since he has no job. What can the woman, her husband or the cousin do? No one knows when he will find a job.

So far the husband came home for lunch, and also worked from home most days. But, he cannot do that for long.
