8 month old not sitting here crawling and not interested in toys

Hi ladies.

I was concerned for a long time but tool it positive. Now I'm literally wondering if something is wrong developmentally with my baby. Hes 8 months old. He isn't interested in toys right from the beginning. If I give him something to hold. He takes it in hands and throws down.

No doubt He watches TV and cartoon videos.

He dint crawl or sit yet on his own. He made attempts to crawl but gone unsuccessful. Am I right in thinking that he's having a developmental problem. Till now. Wherever I consulted. Doctor dint seem to be bothered.
