To Know about quality quality of Jayachandran Jewels

I would like to purchase one pendent in Jayachandran Gold house by exchanging my old earrings. One of the attendees there assured that they would exchange old jewels & would provide the new ones for the current market rate without eliminating the making & wastage charges.
