SUPERVISING PROVIDER FOLLOWING NPs/PAs

I have a supervising provider that is following NPs and PAs under his supervision. Can we or how do we bill for this to let the insurance know that he is doing his duties as a supervision physician? I have tried looking this up and only come up with "incident-to" which is not what we are looking to do.

Epicondylar Musculature Repair CPT/DX?

How would you code the repair of a lateral epicondylar muscle rupture? Would that fall into the 24357 - 24359 range, or is there a different CPT code that better suits this procedure? Also, for the dx, would lateral epicondylitis be used? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Here is the part of the op note where the procedure is described:

Is 28190 billable if no foreign body is found

Patient thought she had a piece of glass stuck in her foot. The provider numbed up her foot and looked subcutaneously for the foreign body but I did not find anything. Is this billable?

PA Billing

What are the rules on a PA seeing same patient same date of service same facility but same group as a hospitalist does? I am getting denials for frequency of the service procedure has been exceeded only one visit or consultation per physician per day is covered by medicare. Thank you for your help!

Scheduling CRC Exam

Hi, I'm almost finished with my CRC online course. The next step is scheduling for the exam. Since the entire country is dealing with the Coronavirus pandemic how long will we have to schedule for the CRC certification exam? I live in Maryland and we're under a stay at home order for now. Telemedicine Critical Care Codes

I bill Tele CC 99291,G0508 and G0509 for telemedicine company. I understand that those codes are not covered by Medicaid and Medicaid replacement products (such as Amerigroup etc) But what codes should the doctors be using? or is Critical care just not covered by them? Thank you for your help!
